This research study will use blood tests and (optional) ultrasound imaging to help doctors learn more about hormone levels and other aspects of ovarian structure and function before, during, and after chemotherapy. |

| Description: |
This research study will use blood tests and (optional) ultrasound imaging to help doctors learn more about hormone levels and other aspects of ovarian structure and function before, during, and after chemotherapy. Side effects of chemotherapy can include changes in how a woman's ovaries look (structure) and how they work (function). Participants enrolled in this observational study will be asked to visit our office about three times in one year; starting before chemotherapy begins and ending approximately 6 months after completing treatment. This observational study does not use any investigational drugs or therapy as a part of the research. |
| Criteria: |
Participants must be female, between the ages of 14 and 35 and scheduled to receive chemotherapy. Participants should also have started their menstrual periods but do not have to be having regular periods at the time of enrollment. Participants must enroll before starting chemotherapy. |
