Proceeds from Radiothon and activities for Rainbow’s kids are not covered through family medical insurance.  Funded initiatives include tutors for children while at Rainbow, art & music therapy, purchase of books and computers for the library so children can stay in touch with friends and family.

 Brian & Joe kickoff an event called Change Gang.  Working with schools, businesses, community organizations and families, Change Gangs collect change from friends and co-workers.  Families hold garage sales, businesses use fun ways to collect change within the workplace and local school children – grades K through college – collect change which is used to jump start Radiothon.

The students at the Solon Elementary and Middle Schools are great friends of Rainbow’s kids. They join us for their third year as The Solon Change Gang. Communnities like the City of Parma participate in dress down each Friday – all to support Change Gang and Rainbow’s kids. And back for the second year are our friends from ABB, Inc. CHANGE GANG LEADERS EXTRAORDINAIRE. New to Change Gang in 2008 – COSE brings BuyNEO to participate in Change Gang.

Three months prior to Radiothon, Brian & Joe kickoff an event called Change Gang.  Working with schools, businesses, community organizations and families, Change Gangs collect change from friends and co-workers.  Families hold garage sales, businesses use fun ways to collect change within the workplace and local school children – grades K through college – collect change which is used to jump start Radiothon.  Change Gang collections average $65,000 annually.
