The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at University Hospitals Case Medical Center is one of the very best Orthopaedic Departments in the United States. For 100 years, this Department has been a leader in providing outstanding care to patients in Northeast Ohio and throughout the United States for the treatment of their musculoskeletal problems.
I am extremely proud of all of our surgeons and physicians and the excellent care that they provide for our patients. Our surgeons and physicians have all completed sub-specialty training in their area of expertise and have been invited to speak at regional, national and international meetings as recognized leaders in our profession.
University Hospitals Case Medical Center has been a leader in providing musculoskeletal care to many thousands of patients for over a century. Our surgeons have devised new and improved ways of treating musculoskeletal conditions. These innovations include the invention of new devices to reconstruct joints, fix broken bones and care for congenital and developmental problems in children and adults.
The surgeons and physicians in the Orthopaedic Department at University Hospitals Case Medical Center are members of the faculty at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. Our Department has been recognized by the National Institutes of Health (NIH) as one of the leading Orthopaedic Departments in the United States for over a decade. Techniques that are developed here in our Department are utilized throughout the world to improve the care of patients with musculoskeletal problems.
